The Department of Labour and Immigration and the Chambers of commerce, with the economic support of the European Social Fund, have created the Program of Support to the Business undertaking for Immigrants.
It is designed to encourage the creation and consolidation of companies led by immigrants offering information and advice, to generate managerial activity.
The Program develops across a Network of Offices of Technical Support and an Information service and on-line Advice.
The Chambers of Comrcio set at the disposal of the enterprising immigrants and businessmen Gabinetes de Apoyo Técnico who offer information and personalized advice:

The Lines ICO have been approved 2009 of Support to the Company: Entrepreneurs, SME, Managerial Growth and Internationalization, which are framed inside the Plan for the Stimulus of the Economy and the Employment.
The Line ICO-PYME increases his budgetary endowment up to 10.000 million euros and every businessman will be able to dedicate up to 40 % of the credit obtained to complementary financing to the investment in fixed assets that it carries out.
There is created a new line for 10.000 million euros to finance circulating.
A moratorium of one year is granted to the companies that are paying a credit of the line ICO-Pyme.

The Institute Of Madrid of Development - Imade - in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid and the Confederacy of Businessmen of Madrid - CEIM - they have prepared the Manual of the Autonomous Businessman, whose target is to help to the viability of the projects led by autonomous businessmen. 
The Manual tries to turn into a tool of support directed to the autonomous ones, which contains updated information relative to the processes of creation and consolidation of the companies. Other of the targets of the manual is to put in the first plane the managerial aspect of the self-employed persons.
The target of the manual, on 165 pages, is to help the autonomous businessman to plan, direct and to manage his managerial activity.

It is always difficult to be thrown to the adventure of initiating our own business, our idea can be very good, be well defined in our business plan. The viability plan demonstrates that our business has future but the financing, and more in these crisis times, one denies to us or resists.
The public administration by means of the Commission Delegated for Economic Matters approves the lines ICO 2009.
"The pymes will have almost 29.000 million euros of financing, of which 19.000 millions will be able to be assined to circulating."
