Personally I am optimistic, I like seeing the positive side of the things and glance at the head, confronting the challenges that it bears initiating, supporting and prospering your own idea or in most cases "the illusion" of being your own chief.
Nevertheless, a comment written in another post of this blog, has made me stop to reflect on me.
Should there no be educational centers, institutes of Professional training, of Secondary and Universities, which should inculcate the enterprising spirit?
Why is not it faced on the application in the real life of the knowledge that are obstinate?
The professional exits always focus towards the employment search, hardly ever towards a managerial project.
If some economist graduated in right or in business studies is reading to us, he will be able to corroborate that in the University they never spoke to him of how developing professionally across his own office. The same happens with the newly bulging ones of the Professional training, which are placed in a company to do practices nearly money and creating a mentality for foreign account, without showing them how they can be autoused.
Being a critic with the educational system and his professorship and also with the managerial structure to the use, what is claimed is to feed "the beehive". It is wished to be the working bees, without much ado target to feed the queens and his drones.
Why is not the opportunity to choose offered to us? We not all will cost or want to be "working bee, queen or drone", but IF we should know the alternatives, finally, to choose our way.

The Institute Of Madrid of Development - Imade - in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid and the Confederacy of Businessmen of Madrid - CEIM - they have prepared the Manual of the Autonomous Businessman, whose target is to help to the viability of the projects led by autonomous businessmen.
The Manual tries to turn into a tool of support directed to the autonomous ones, which contains updated information relative to the processes of creation and consolidation of the companies. Other of the targets of the manual is to put in the first plane the managerial aspect of the self-employed persons.
The target of the manual, on 165 pages, is to help the autonomous businessman to plan, direct and to manage his managerial activity.

- The self-employed persons who during the period of maternal rest, are replaced in his activity with hard-working other / hard-working will benefit from a bonus of 100 % of the quota to the Social security during the above mentioned period.
