A self-employed person or individual proprietor is the natural person who realizes of habitual, personal and direct form the economic activity to lucrative title, without subjection for contract of employment and although it uses the stipendiary service of other persons.
The self-employed person condition is presupposed if there is shown the entitlement of an establishment opened to the public like owner, usufructuary, lodger or other similar concepts.
They can be individual proprietors:
The biggest persons of age that have the free disposition of his goods.
The emancipated age minors, with the limitations that there establishes the article 323 of the Civil Code.
The minors of age and the incapacitated ones, across his legal representatives.
The responsibility of the autonomous one is unlimited, answering of the activities of the business with all his present and future goods, so that there is no separation between the personal patrimony and that of the company.

Very interesting all the recounted to the autonomous ones and the exemption, but I wonder: Where are the helps to tackle something?... especially when you have young age to retire (36) and great so that they incorporate you into a company if you are a woman, with this age, two children and take 3 years without working...
