It is in the Renewable Energies where still we can find business opportunities. The Idea started up the Plan of Renewable Energies 2005-2010, still in force. As planned in the Plan, 12.1% of the global consumption of energy in 2010 will be supplied by renewable sources, contributing to the production of 30.3% of the gross consumption of electricity. The biocarburantes will contribute to a 5.83% of the consumption of gasoline and gasohol for the transport.
An important part of the Plan is the Financing by means of diverse types of activities:
- Line of Loans Devises: it is a modality of support to the Renewable Energies through a line of financing to 11 years with first of deficiency, (euribor interest + 0.30%) for projects of thermal, photovoltaic energy solar isolated and domestic biomass as well as facilities of co-generation.
- Line of Endorsement for the Line of Loans Devises: with the purpose of to serve as support to the management on the part of the applicants of the Line of Loans of Idea, and before the difficulties so that the borrowers secured necessary endorsement for the Line of Financing, Agreements with five financial organizations have been signed to facilitate the access to the loans of the Line.
- It counts Deposit Devises: new program of the Idea, in collaboration with two banking organizations: Banesto and Santander, to stimulate investments in projects of Efficiency Energetics and advantage of the Renewable Energies by means of the constitution of deposits of saving remunerated to a type of interest of 7% annual noun.
- The Financing by Third parties (F.P.T.)
- Financing of Project and Renting of Services.
- Other financial participation of Idea in power projects.
- Program of aid to strategic projects: One is new line of support of Idea to the financing of projects of saving and efficiency energetics. The Program frames in the direct activities of Idea of the Plan of Action 2008-2012 of the Strategy of Saving and Efficiency Energetics in Spain (2004-2012).

PROJECT ONTIN-SOL: DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL.
The present necessity to promote initiatives of clear environmental content, in order behind the back of to correct the ecological imbalances generated by the action carefree of the man during decades of economic and industrial development the concept of sustainability, and the urgency in the implantation and generalization of new power systems that are satisfactory for the exigencies of the present economic and social order, and that are able to conciliate the suitability of the source energetics that is tried to promote in relation to the goods which they are to preserve, along with an inescapable one to have of saving of the used resources, force the Public Administration, but also to the citizens to take it brings back to consciousness and to undertake responsible initiatives in matter energetics.
It is clear, first of all, that Administration shows to have to impel different initiatives responsible, because is to the Administration to that correspond the organization and direction of the society, and in that measurement is understood that it has or it must know a clearly one it brings back to consciousness of the existing needs and it must act to take care of the same.
With its action the Administration not only realizes what must be done, but also that, and as it knows very well, its action owns an important ejemplarizante value in front of the citizens.
But in this matter also the citizens must have of action in responsibility and can try to promote initiatives, either of value or reach individual, or of value or reach general, being necessary in this case, perhaps, of looking for the implication of the own Administration, as a result of the special nature of the initiative that is tried to promote.
In this exposition he is in which we must incardinar the project of efficiency and power saving ONTIN_SOL, that the COMMERCIAL company OF IMPORT AND EXPORT OF ONTINYENT SA presents/displays.
The public lighting system represents an important game of the total electrical consumption of the cities, being considered near 50% of the total budget of predicted cost. The activities in this scope have been materialized to date in the substitution of the type of light bulbs of the lights, in altars to secure an important luminance reduction of contamination of the cities and in assuring the use materials that are more suitable to preserve the environment.
Project ONTIN-SOL represents a step qualitatively more advanced innovator and more in relation to the objectives in the short and mid term raised by some of the greatest Spanish cities within the frame established by the Government in the Spanish Strategy of Climatic Change and Clean Energy, Horizon 2007-2012-2020.
One treats on a large scale to implant a new technology of public lighting system that incardinaría absolutely in the criteria of maximum efficiency, power saving and sustainability. For this implantation the development of a pilot experience by which the Administration can verify the suitability of the raised project and the economic opportunity, social and environmental considers of its implantation.
The system consists of the implantation of systems of lampposts of solar pick up and of some provided cases with an equipped mixed system with a small aerogenerator, as well as with system LED in its lights, that can stay connected to the already existing network for the cases of emergencia, but that because of his technical characteristics they can be located perfectly isolate to network fulfilling the needs of lighting system of the area in which they are located
This pilot experience of study and verification of results has to be incardinada in the policy or environmental local strategy of bet by the renewable energies in its diverse manifestations. For it, the Local Government, sensitized with the environmental needs and the power saving is suggested, proposes the company/signature of an agreement of collaboration with the company that raises Project ONTIN-SOL, in order to evaluate on the land the results of efficiency and power saving that considers in the study, in one or several predetermined zones and within certain time.
