A 72% of the Spanish young people affirm that they would like to mount their own business, although only 13% of them end up doing it, according to indicates the last Eurobarometer on the perspective of the entrepreneurs in the European Union (UE).
Less than 9% of the workers have flexible schedule in Spain
In the set of the Union, Spain is placed between the Member States where the idea to create an own company is more attractive, being placed 15 points over the communitarian average (that is of a 57%).

According to the study - for which entrevistó to more than 20,000 people, the number of Spanish young people who see with good eyes the idea mount its own company is a 11% major that in 2004, when at that time they only saw attractive that option a 61%.
Although the idea of being its own head is attractive for an ample majority of the Spanish young people, 54% say that never they seriously considered to mount his business, 9% affirm they thought that it sometimes and 13% undertook the initiative.
The main fears of youngest in Spain at the time of creating their business are the possibility of breaking (30.9%), the fear to lose some property (22.6%), the wage uncertainty (17.9%) and the possibility of undergoing a personal failure (9.3%).
Another group affirmed to fear that mounting its company ends up creating labor insecurity to them (8.2%) and the necessity to spend to too much time and energies to her (6.5%).
