With this measurement it is tried to finance to the small and medians companies activities of incorporation of Technologies of the Information and the Communications, that they suppose innovation in the key processes of its model of business to increase its competitiveness.
For the unfolding of the initiative it is counted on the intemediación of ICO and the collaboration of organizations of credit with networks consolidated in all the national territory, to take advantage of its knowledge and the effectiveness its management. The mission of these organizations is the concession of the loans to the beneficiaries, starting off of the economic contribution that the MITYC realizes.
These lines of financing will be able to cover until the 100% with the investment, to interest of 0%, without additional guarantees and with terms of return of up to 5 years.
It will be possible for the first time to be materialized by means of leasing.
The beneficiaries are the small and medians companies that do not have connection to Internet with broadband and realize investment in equipment for their connection to Internet, as well as those that realize investments in software and hardware destined to implant the business and the electronic invoice.
The maximum financing will be of the 100% of the excluded investment IVA, with a maximum of 50,000 Euros by final beneficiary. The term of amortization/deficiency will be of 36 months, with a maximum of 3 of deficiency and linear and monthly liquidations, with a type 0% during the term of amortization.
The following eligible investments settle down:
Access to Internet in broadband, including security products.
Presence in Internet, including the elaboration of page Web and vestibules of company.
Incorporation of the TIC to the enterprise processes, by means of management tools outpost: CRM (System of management of clients), ERP (system of enterprise management), systems of provision chain, systems of documentary management.
Electronic commerce and electronic invoicing, by means of applications and services that facilitate the accomplishment on the part of the SMEs of electronic transactions with other agents, including the Public Administrations.
