SUMMARY
Object
To support the projects of investment of commercial companies of the Community of Madrid, the complementary hotel trade and services of the commerce for the modernization of its establishments and the incorporation of new technologies.
Term of presentation
The program will be effective from the 16 of February to the 31 of March of 2009, being able to close previously in case they exhaust the bottoms available.
Beneficiaries
a) That they develop his activity and they realize the investment in located establishments in the Community of Madrid.
b) That its enterprise activity is including within the following sectors:
- Commerce retail of nutritional products, drinks and tobacco, realized in permanent establishments.
- Nonnutritional industrial product Commerce retail realized in permanent establishments: textile, footwear, skins, drug store, cosmetic perfume shop and, plants and herbolarios, furniture, electric home appliances, household, ironworks, adornment, gift, construction equipment, do-it-yourself work, terrestrial, aerial, fluvial and marine vehicles, used machineries, accessories and spare parts, goods, musical instruments, works of art and antiques, furniture and machines of office, optics, orthopaedics, photograph, bookstore, stationery store, newspapers, jewelry shop, toys, sports, arms, flowers, plants, small animal.
- Service of feeding: restaurants, cafeterias, bars, kiosks, chocolate factories, ice-cream shops, horchaterías.
- Repairs.
- Travel agencies.
- Real estate Activities.
- Rent and sale of video films.
- Bath and baths.
- PS: dry cleaners, cleaning and dyeing of footwear, mended and repair of clothes, hairdressing salons, institutes of esthetic, photograph, you photocopy, enmarcación.
- Gardens of recreation.
- Inns, pensions, boardinghouses and houses of guests
- Sport Facilities
c) That this activity enterprise, corresponding to the indicated sectors in the previous section, is in the following groupings in the Tax of Economic Activities: 641, 642, 643, 644, 645, 646, 647, 651, 652,2, 652,3, 652,4, 653, 654, 656, 657, 659,1, 659,2, 659,3, 659,4, 659,5, 659,6 and 659,7, 671, 672, 673, 675, 676, 682, 683, 691, 755,2, 834, 856,2, 942,2, 967,1, 967,2, 971,1, 971,2, 971,3, 972,1, 972,2, 973, 975, 981.2.
d) Also they will be able to choose to these aid, companies that carry out any other commercial activity or of services when the object of the SME is the integration of people with incapacity, and its activity complements the commercial supply or of services of the area in which Integra.
e) That they have 250 workers less than and they have a volume of business nonsuperior to 50.000.000 annual Euros, corresponding to the enterprise activity, according to the last declaration of the Tax on the Rent of the Physical People or, where appropriate, of the Tax on Societies; that tie or they are not participated by companies that do not satisfy the requirements previous, and that have a useful surface to the exercise of the activity 700 inferior to m2, excluded the technical and analogous warehouses, toilets, offices, cameras, premises.
f) That they are, where appropriate, to the current of payment of the Permanent Congressional Resource and of any other debt contracted with the Camera.
- They are excluded from the program of aid, the given companies that carry out their activity of discharge in the inscriptions of the Tax of Economic Activities not including in point c) previous, with the reservations established in point d).
Action and investments object of the program
1. - Investments will be considered object of support through present program, the actions that suppose the incorporation of the new technologies to the management of the company and/or a new product or service to the final consumer, and those that supposes an effective modernization of the physical structures of the establishment or its equipment, and the incorporation of new formulas of sale or service, as well as singular equipment that promote the security and the suppression of architectonic barriers. In any case, to accede to these aid it will be necessary that the investment supposes a project of modernization and invigoration of the establishment. The investments will have to go directed a:
a) The acquisition, installation and assembly of specific computer science and/or technological equipment for the enterprise management, including the investment in programs and the formation of users.
b) The acquisition, installation and necessary assembly of specific equipment and specialized personal property for the development of the activity, as well as the necessary one for the power saving and to guarantee the security of the establishments.
c) The work accomplishment or reforms that suppose a new implantation or transformation of the establishment in which the enterprise activity for its modernization, extension, reorientation of the business is exerted or destined to promote the accessibility or suppression of architectonic barriers.
The acquisition of goods of second hand will not be aid object, with the exception of the assumptions of business crossing that takes prepared the transmission of specific equipment for the continuation of the activity, and in those cases in that is properly just this acquisition.
2. - They will be able to take refuge in this program, according to the arranged thing in previous point 1, the investment projects that have a cost superior to 1,000 Euros and inferior to 15,000 Euros.
Period of accomplishment of the activities
The susceptible activities will have to be executed in pèriodo included between the 1 of November of 2008 and the 31 of October of 2009.
Quantity of the aid
1. - The aid will be able to reach to the 50 percent of the budget accepted and approved by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, IVA excluded (safe in the case of physical people welcomed in the special regime of the surcharge of equivalence, or that is free of this tax), with the maximum limit of a project corresponding to an establishment by beneficiary.
2. - For the determination of the quantity of the aid the following criteria will consider:
a) Until a 40 percent in SMEs that meet the condition of beneficiary in the terms set out in the present program and realize the activities object of aid according to the established thing in him.
b) 10 additional percent in case of grouping or integration of the applicant in some association of enterprise character, or in the case of incapacity of the holder of the company, according to the arranged thing in the effective norm in the matter.
3. - The definitive quantity of the paid aid will calculate based on the justification of the investment realized and contributed to the Camera.
