Utility of analysis DAFO.
Recently we spoke of the necessity to elaborate a business plan. Another useful tool is analysis DAFO. (Weakness-Threaten-Strength-Opportunity).
To realize this analysis is the simplest and effective method to decide on the future of our business. It will serve us to see what action we would have to start up and thus to take the detected opportunities and to prepare to us against the extrenas threats being conscious of nuestas weaknesses and strengths.
